It includes our fair processing notice which gives comprehensive information on how we deal with your personal information including your patient records.
We also display in GP practices where possible our poster on how we use your information.

We recently undertook a patient survey on the Countywide Improved Access Service we provide out of one of our hubs, to see how likely patients were to recommend our service to friends and family.
