GDoc takes patient and public engagement seriously as an organisation. If you wish to give feedback on us as an organisation please visit our contact page on the website. It includes our fair processing notice which gives comprehensive information on how we deal with your personal information including your patient records.

We also display in GP practices where possible our poster on how we use your information.

This information along with our privacy policy is included in our patient leaflet.

We recently undertook a patient survey on the Countywide Improved Access  Service we provide out of one of our hubs.

Out of 28 people who responded, 27 said they were very likely to recommend our service and 1 said they would be likely to recommend our service.
